Information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address and order details. Payment information is collected and processed by Square — we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To process and ship your order, answer support requests, and send order-related email. With your consent we may send occasional product email, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Analytics and cookies
We use analytics tools to understand how the site is used, such as which pages and products people view. These tools set cookies in your browser. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Sharing
We share information only with the services required to run the store — Square for payments and orders, and shipping carriers for delivery. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@exhaustelbows.com.
This policy is a starting point and should be reviewed by your legal advisor before launch.
