Wrong size? Send it back unused.
30-day window
Unused parts in original condition and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.
Installed parts
Once a tip has been clamped onto a pipe it usually shows marks and can no longer be resold, so installed parts are not returnable. If you're unsure about size, don't install it — contact us first.
Ordered the wrong size
Email us with your order number and we'll set up an exchange for the correct size. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility on size exchanges.
Damaged or incorrect items
If we shipped the wrong part or it arrived damaged, we cover return shipping and send a replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Square once the returned part arrives and is inspected, typically within 3–5 business days.
